For orders placed before 5am EDT, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after 5am AEDT will be processed the next business day.

During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slighly longer processing time.

If some items just sold out, it will be arrived in 3-4 work day.

Our after-sales service is 15 days from the time the order is signed for. If it is longer than 15 days, we will have no after-sales service to deal with. We do not accept refunds without reason, but we can process refunds if the following problems occur

• Send out the wrong item(s) or missed delivery of item(s)
• The produt(s) are damaged in the process of transportation
• Items spilled in transit, resulting in unusable.
• If the tracking information shows package was delivery, and you still don't receive it. Please contact us in 3 working days, and we will help you how to find your package!!
